Celtic Wrestling (C/W) was founded in 2005 by Karl Griffiths, having many years experience in the wrestling sports entertainment industry, started the company from nothing and grew to cover several towns, predominatly in the Merthyr Valley area. After almost four years, the company changed hands to Karl apprentice Anthony Thomas whohad been with C/W from the first show and having gain several years experience in the wrestling entertainment business, held the company till October 2010. Today C/W is owned and managed by Jonathan Millard trading as 'Celtic Wrestling Entrainment' run with the support of 'Victory' a management team with over fifty years in the wrestling entertainment business.

C/W attracts some of the biggest names in wrestling sports entertainment today. Throughout the companies six year history, we have seen the likes of current WWE Superstars like Sheamus & Wade Barrett perform in our ring, on route to the States, plus many former stars and champions of WWE, TNA, ECW & NWA, such as Steve Corino, U-Gene(Nick Dinsmore), Kevin Thorn, Amazing Kong and many more, travelling from the USA, Canada, Barbados & Ireland.

C/W is moving to become the biggest and best sports entertainment company in the UK, we will achieve our goal by being innovative, progressive, forward thinking, understanding the wealth of tradition and using that tradition, listening to the fans and the professional in the industry.

C/W talent will be a mixture of home grown, alongside the best the world has to offer.
